Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Preconstruction Coordinator for our Phoenix, AZ office. This full-time, in-person role supports the Preconstruction team, coordinating estimating, design management, and subcontractor/vendor procurement for MEP systems. You will lead preconstruction activities, communicate with vendors, engineers, clients, and subs, prepare comparative analyses of estimates, develop scopes of work, review bid proposals, and lead RFP responses and project deliverables. #J-18808-Ljbffr Holder Construction
