Deine Mission In dieser Position wirst du in Voll- oder Teilzeit (ab 32 Stunden pro Woche) für anspruchsvolle und vielfältige operative Aufgaben im Accounting des myneva DACH‑Bereiches verantwortlich sein. Innerhalb des dezentral organisierten Accounting‑Teams übernimmst du eine wichtige und eigenständige Rolle. Folgende Tätigkeiten fallen in deinen Verantwortungsbereich: Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen Kontrolle, Kontierung und Verbuchung unserer Lieferanteneingangsrechnungen Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Zahlläufe Bankbuchungen Kontenabstimmung und -klärung Mahnwesen Mitwirkung bei Sonderthemen und Projekten im Zusammenspiel mit internen Abteilungen, Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Behörden Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Steuerfachbereich oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit praktischer Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung Kenntnisse und/oder Erfahrungen in NetSuite und/oder SAP und/oder MS Dynamics Kenntnisse im deutschen oder schweizerischen oder österreichischen Steuerrecht wären von Vorteil Gute Kenntnisse in Office 365 Spaß am übergreifenden Austausch und der gemeinsamen Gestaltung von Accounting‑Strukturen Selbständigkeit, Organisationstalent, Flexibilität sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sind ebenso wichtig wie eine hohe Eigenmotivation und Spaß an Zahlen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Warum myneva?
