Job Responsibilities Under limited supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Human Resource Coordinator supports the College's talent acquisition and human resources operations by ensuring recruitment and hiring processes are efficient, equitable, compliant, and aligned with institutional goals. This position plays a key role in the daily operations of the Human Resources Division, providing comprehensive support across multiple functional areas, including the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, classification and compensation administration, employee engagement initiatives, and retention programs. The Human Resource Coordinator partners with campus stakeholders to promote effective workforce planning, enhance employee experience, and support the College's strategic human resources objectives. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree and experience in Human Resources. Incumbent must have proven office & administrative skills; strong communication & public relations skills; effective organizational skills with ability to prioritize & meet multiple goals; ability to work effectively with all parts of the organization; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook; basic understanding of applicant tracking system, performance management system; and be skilled in making presentations to groups of employees & conducting training sessions. Knowledge of HR. Preferred Qualifications PREFERRED: An in depth knowledge of academic recruiting/talent acquisition, classification and compensation, employee engagement and retention programs and employee relations a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Piedmont Technical College
