This locum tenens position offers a predictable M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule with manageable call requirements (average 1:4 schedule, details to be determined). You can establish connections with patients and colleagues while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Focus on Outpatient Care: This position focuses exclusively on outpatient care, providing personalized treatment plans and consultations for a manageable patient load (10-20 patients per day).
• Supportive Work Environment and Team: You'll join a collaborative team at a well-equipped cancer center that utilizes the Epic EMR system. We offer a supportive environment with temporary privileges available to facilitate onboarding.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania (active license required)
• Board-certified in hematology and oncology
• Current certification in BLS (ABLS preferred)
• Experience using Epic EMR system (preferred)

Schedule and Call Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (clinic hours)
• Call Coverage: Rotates approximately every 4 days (details to be finalized)

Additional Information:

• Admissions and rounding are not required for this outpatient-focused position.
• We are seeking a candidate who can commit to a minimum of 6 months of coverage.
