Quality control coordinator

For our Italian HQ based in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are seeking a proactive Quality Control Coordinator with skills/experience in managing coordinating of Quality Control activities and functions. Responsibilities Act as a focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive way. Timely scheduling and allocation of Agency Inspector / NoBo / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing. Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / sub-contractors Assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR) according to Approved Indexes Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements. The Person Experienced in a Coordination / Administration within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferably in the Energy / Industrial Applications or similar industry. Skills Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint Excellent communicator verbal and written (Italian and English) Excellent team player Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated Confident and Assertive Experience of working in a fast paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills Ability use initiative and make decisions autonomously Experience of working in a ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) environment Can do attitude €40,000 - €50,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
