This role requires balancing service excellence with operational accuracy and sales performance.You will support members throughout their financial journey, whether completing transactions, explaining loan options, or resolving account questions, while ensuring all work is accurate, compliant, and aligned with credit union policies.**The Impact Behind This Role**1. Support branch growth through cross selling and meeting referral goals4. Build strong member relationships by identifying needs and offering solutions5.
