Automotive Detailer Supervisor

An automotive detailer supervisor ensures the proper execution of the job, managing workflow; training new hires; creating and managing team schedules, and fulfilling customer expectations.

Pay: From $950 per week

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations and workflow within the shop.
• Controlling and maintaining labor cost expenditures to maximize profitability.
• Driving productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
• Coaching and developing a team of detailers and car wash attendants.
• Oversees the day-to-day performance of employees.
• Ensure the execution of the job in a safe manner
• Responsible for quality control.
• Manages all necessary product inventory and equipment to perform the required duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in team or department leadership
• Ability to identify and solve risks and issues
• Firm grasp of company policies
• Organizational abilities
• Interest in leadership opportunities
• Valid Driving License
