You need to be dependable, compassionate, and caring.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide a variety of home care services and observe and recognize changes in our clients. 
That’s why caregivers have been the heart of our business since we started in 1980.

 
Job Description
We are seeking caregiver employees who take pride in providing high-quality care to our clients and also find fulfillment in building meaningful relationships. 
We want individuals who are committed to our clients and our company.

This position offers a wide range of interactions with clients in their homes, including helping with daily activities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world. Our technology platforms will support you in these tasks. 
Use our new Care App on your smartphone to manage your work schedule, shift responsibilities, communicate with the office and family, and much more. Grow your skills as a caregiver by learning new things through our online Homewatch CareGivers University.

Requirements

• Some experience as a caregiver
• Willing to take a background check
• Meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
