Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective implementation of processes such as ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees while ensuring proper staffing levels. Train staff, conduct performance reviews, and address development needs or disciplinary actions. Manage store opening and closing, oversee inventory levels, and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards. Analyze financial statements to identify sales trends, control expenses, and minimize shrinkage. Maintain cash handling integrity, security protocols, and a safe shopping environment. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure store cleanliness and safety. Follow company policies, complete documentation accurately, and manage operational tasks efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret operational documents and perform basic math calculations. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising practices. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in recruiting, hiring, and legal compliance in retail management preferred. Bilingual skills may be advantageous. Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail management experience is a plus.
