Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Per Diem pharmacist position at a long-term care pharmacy facility in Denver, Colorado. The role is designed to support medication accuracy and safety during the dispensing process, with an initial contract of 4 weeks and potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Perform final product verifications (PV1 and PV2) to ensure accuracy and safety of medications
• PV1 verification involves reviewing order entries completed by pharmacy technicians
• PV2 verification includes confirming the accuracy of filled medications before dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License
• Pharmacy experience in any practice setting is required
• Preferred experience with Frameworks software
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

This Per Diem position is a 4-week contract through the end of June, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Two pharmacists are needed to fulfill this role.
