Bilingual Case Manager (Evening) - Crisis & Shelter Support

Exploreelginarea is seeking a Full-time Bilingual Case Manager to provide counseling, case management and advocacy services to Community Crisis Center clients in Elgin, IL. The role focuses on evaluating service needs of shelter and walk-in clients and coordinating resources.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in human/social services, demonstrates strong communication and crisis-intervention skills, and is comfortable working evenings (4pm–midnight) in a confidential, fast-paced environment.
