Job Summary:
As a Director of Business Development, you'll work alongside GREAT people who love what they do and take pride in making an impact. At CCL, you're surrounded by passionate, mission-focused professionals who believe in elevating experiences for the clients and communities we serve.
CCL Hospitality Group-part of Compass Group North America and parent organization to Morrison Living, Unidine, Culinary Services Group, The Hub, Strategic Dining Services, and Coreworks-is seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive continued growth in the thriving community living dining and facility services sectors.
This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and is a perfect fit for someone who enjoys leading the strategy, vision, and collaboration behind every new sales opportunity-even without direct staff management. Here, you're the leader of the deal.
The ideal candidate will be based in New York or New England .

What You'll Do
Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and stakeholdersLead new business opportunities through influence, vision, and collaboration-not authority
Organize, write, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
Meet and exceed financial sales targets
Follow a defined sales process with precision and consistency
Manage multiple priorities with discipline, structure, and self-motivation
Travel regularly across a large geography
Work independently from a home office while staying highly connected and engaged
Push yourself to achieve the goals you set-because that's who you are
Preferred Qualifications:
Great relationship-building and influencing skills
Excellent written, oral, and presentation abilities
High energy, positive outlook, and exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and large territories
Strong time management and territory planning skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems
High degree of accountability, integrity, and personal discipline
Ability to travel extensively (approximately 50% during peak periods)
Experience selling contracted services and/or within senior living or foodservice (preferred)
Proven track record of sales successBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
