Job Description: Senior Business Analyst with experience in Audit/Compliance Risk & Control Review process/procedures. Additional experience building functional requirements tailored to the Metricstream Platform

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development lifecycle is a must.
• Experience in designing reports (ability to design the report)
• Experience in Enterprise application security
• Experience in creating workflows
• Experience in Documentation (understand/create BRD, FS, gap analysis, use cases, test cases Walkthrough with client-internal stakeholders, signoff)
• Experience as a functional consultant in one of the top ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft), preferably in the Manufacturing and Financial domains good to have.
• Knowledge on functional testing, Traceability matrix review, End to end testing, Bug triage experience, training and UAT support, estimation for gaps.
• Good to have data modeling experience (E-R relationship), component based designing.
• Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like Banking, Finance, Insurance (BFSI), Manufacturing, Consumer Retail, Healthcare is a plus.
• Strong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory
• Project management skills are a plus
• Hands-on approach essential
• Knowledge and experience in MS office, esp: word, visio and excel
