Human Resource Manager

iMPact Business Group has an onsite opportunity for a hands‑on Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations within a large manufacturing facility in Shreveport, LA. In this role, you will work closely with plant leadership to strengthen employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, and HR compliance. This position focuses on managing core HR processes, including performance management, compensation and benefits coordination, and supporting investigations and corrective actions. You will also use HR metrics and people data to drive continuous improvement and inform business decisions. Role Responsibilities Lead day-to-day HR operations for a large manufacturing facility. Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Manage HR processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits coordination, and workforce reporting. Lead employee investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, high-performance culture. Use HR metrics and data to support continuous improvement and business decisions. Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces (400+ employees preferred). Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations. Experience partnering with plant leadership and production teams. Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to commute to Shreveport, LA 71118 (required). Technologies SAP SuccessFactors Compensation $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
