Precision Assembly Operative Our client, a successful manufacturing business, are currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position, working in Norwich. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Overtime is also available. Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks. Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Proven ability to deliver consistent, high-quality output A patient, focused and reliable approach to work Take pride in producing high-quality, detailed work and enjoy working in a focused, hands‑on environment. Key Responsibilities Perform precision assembly work on small‑scale components Carry out delicate soldering, including fine joints (e.g LED or similar electronic assemblies) Maintain consistent quality across repetitive production tasks Inspect and ensure all work meets required quality standards Follow detailed instructions and assembly processes accurately. You will be responsible for carrying out fine, intricate assembly tasks , working with small components where accuracy and consistency are essential.
