Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the outsourced IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a range of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction. This role involves extensive coordination with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors, demanding a blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and exceptional communication skills. Essential Functions: Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Client and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants. Guide the project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Identify and manage potential crises and devise contingency plans. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations. Oversee the quality control process throughout the project lifecycle. Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Report and escalate to management as needed. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. Proven working experience in project management in the IT sector, specifically in outsourcing services. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
