What You'll Do
- Perform mobile X-ray procedures using digital (DR) or computed radiography (CR) equipment at various facilities
- Obtain diagnostically-accurate radiographic images and submit/transmit to radiologists
- Load and unload portable X-ray equipment safely in different environments
- Coordinate with facility staff to ensure smooth operation
- Perform EKGs if required and transmit results for interpretation
- Maintain and troubleshoot portable X-ray equipment and vehicles
- Document exam details and handle billing paperwork accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
What You Need
- Valid state licensure and certification in radiologic technology
- Prior experience with portable digital and computed radiography
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, with proper precautions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
