As Showroom Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to high-value clients while leading, coaching, and developing a talented team of Diamond Sales Experts. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong retail leader who thrives in a high-touch sales environment and is passionate about building client relationships, driving results, and creating memorable milestone moments.
• Drive individual and team performance against quarterly sales and service goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands-on leadership and training.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful clienteling, consultative selling, and exceptional service.
• Partner with leadership, retail operations, marketing, and product teams on new launches, events, activations, and client experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the showroom experience.
What You Bring • 4+ years of management experience in luxury retail or a comparable high-touch sales environment.
• Strong leadership, team development, and sales coaching experience.
• Proven success closing sales in a high-volume, client-focused setting.
• Luxury jewelry or diamond knowledge strongly preferred; technical diamond knowledge is a plus.
• Confident, organized, independent, and highly motivated.
• Weekend availability required.

What You Will Do
• Lead daily showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, inventory, merchandising, security, shipping, and receiving.• Drive individual and team performance against quarterly sales and service goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands-on leadership and training.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful clienteling, consultative selling, and exceptional service.
