What You Will Do

• Design and implement backend systems using Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript to support AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, ensuring seamless operation of deployed systems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining scalable software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in AI, life sciences, or software development industries is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
• Experience with data analysis and machine learning frameworks.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and agile methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
