We are currently seeking a Client Executive - Emerging Technologies and AI to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities

• Sets long term vision for account. Inspires global cross functional team to develop creative solutions for customer and is able to implement complex initiatives
• Build, manage, and measure a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed organization with annual TCV over ~$20M and promote an entrepreneurial environment focused on increasing market share and continued brand recognition and drive go-to-market sales approaches for various Logistics Infrastructure offerings
• Excel at Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage
• Validate technical fit of solutions, deliver highly targeted product demonstrations, and explain complex architectures (such as LLMs, data flows, and APIs) in a way that directly correlates technology to business value
• Help clients identify new AI use cases, deploy solutions effectively, and track/communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to prove the financial return on investment (ROI) of AI implementations
• Partner internally with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams. Relay customer feedback and market demands directly to product roadmaps
• Understand our competitors, their client sponsors, their agendas, and counter strategies to displace them
• Navigate large, complex, geographically dispersed organizations at C-level
• Create success with P&L of ~$20M with financial management capabilities, including strong forecasting ability and growth strategies
• Create deals that align with the interests and business objectives of the client and have the ability to take a deal from structured to close
• Create awareness and interest in NTT DATA Services, develop regional account planning efforts and strategic account plan
• Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the creation of new, marketable, solutions and offerings
• Effectively grow, position and sell business across the full NTT DATA portfolio to drive in year revenue and margin and obtain year over year growth.
• Analyzes trends across the account and develops plans to minimize and forecast churn
• Monitors and updates on pipeline and forecast status (‘Five to Forecast’) of each account/opportunity for current and future quarters
• Develops detailed understanding of commercial terms, and negotiates T and C's with assigned account with multiple stakeholders from IT to procurement functions.
• Drives customer contract renewals and negotiations to protect revenue
• Manages complex commercial offer and contract negotiations, leveraging internal resources as needed to obtain best commercial terms possible

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building, managing, and measuring a full cycle, virtual/geographically dispersed organization with annual TCV in excess of $20M
• Working knowledge of modern data and AI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Databricks, or Snowflake)
• Minimum of 5 years in Logistics industry with knowledge of Infrastructure and Data center operations related to Logistics Industry
• Minimum of 8 years of experience selling NTT Data-type solutions and IT services to clients
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Client Management, w/ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change, and leverage technology for competitive advantage
• Elite presentation and executive storytelling skills. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
