• Certification: Certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist (ASCP, AMT, ASMT, or equivalent).
• Skills:
  • Proficient in laboratory instrumentation and result interpretation.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and clients.
  • Experience in working with diverse patient age groups and addressing their unique needs.
  • Knowledge of laboratory protocols, procedures, and safety standards.
