- 3+ seasons of previous experience completing individual tax returns. (Jackson Hewitt Tax Service experience preferred)
- Managerial skills - manage 5 locations - working with Assistant Managers and Office Supervisors
- Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exceptional computer skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping or taxes.
