Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA * Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment * BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC * Active Alaska Physical Therapist license at time of submission * Valid driver's license * Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab
