Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include direct patient treatment, documentation, patient and family education, and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
