We are looking to add a skilled assistant to our team! Weekday and some Saturday availability required.

OUR PRACTICE:

2014 NY-9A, Croton-On-Hudson, New York 10520

SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Wednesday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (x2 per month - alternates with Saturday)
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (2x per month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Order supplies and manage back-office inventory
• Help provide guidance and training for assistants and team members in the office.
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Perform various office tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Dental Assisting experience
• Inventory and supply management experience.
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

New York Salary Range: $20/HR - $30/HR
