About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Los Gatos, California, 95032!

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for 13-week assignments across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your clinical experience, explore new locations, and make a meaningful impact on patients’ mobility, function, and quality of life.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support rehabilitation goals and improve overall outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of clinical settings
• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment

Requirements

• Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program
• Required: Active PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain (licensing assistance available)
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Open to: Strong new graduates
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
• Willingness to travel for assignments
