About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to play a pivotal role in the expansion of its mission-driven work. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the organization's growth and development, with a focus on increasing the impact of its programs. This includes leading the strategic planning process, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and effective initiatives. The Managing Director will also be instrumental in fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including the community of participants, partners, and donors.
