Job Description:

BW Papersystems is looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler / Electrician who wants to put their skills to work on large, complex, custom-built machinery. Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders

• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures

• Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control panel terminal boards

• Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, and identify shorts or grounds

• Assist in testing completed machines and troubleshooting electrical issues

• Document work to meet quality and production requirements

• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality, cost, or production challenges

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper care of tools & equipment

• Multi‑task and shift priorities as needed throughout the day

Essential Functions:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work

• Ability to understand wiring diagrams and troubleshoot basic electrical issues

• Solid problem‑solving skills and clear communication

• Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work

Basic Qualification & Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of electrical wiring or installation experienceAND/OR

• 2‑year degree or certification in electrical systems with 2+ years of experience

The approximate pay range for this position is $23/HR - $31/HR. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
