Healthcare Consultant

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Care program, the remote Staff I Consultant will manage client interactions, coordinate project teams, and contribute to deliverables while leveraging healthcare operations expertise in a dynamic consulting environment. Key responsibilities Monitor project plans, prioritize activities, and execute project management principles to meet timelines and deliverable deadlines Develop and facilitate internal and external presentations and meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of client interactions Engage actively with team members, adapting to change while contributing innovative ideas to meet client needs and achieve project goals Required qualifications 2 to 4 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred Knowledge of healthcare and/or health plan operations concepts and provider networks Demonstrated ability to produce deliverables under tight timelines with proficiency in Microsoft Office Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desired
