Position Summary: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including analyzing, reporting, recording, and tracking warehouse activities at the TX plant. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in ensuring efficient operations and collaborates closely with the warehouse team to assist with inventory management and control for the TX plant. Key Responsibilities: Lead the inventory and warehousing activities effectively and assist Purchaser and Warehouse Supervisor with forecasting material demands stock levels, re-order points and resources capacity ensuring product availability Ensure the accurate receiving details and record the accurate receipt information Supervise and lead warehouse techs while training techs as needed Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and guide the team to achieve the department goals Perform weekly inventory counts and suggest the improvements as needed Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required High School Diploma 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience Business level English proficiency in both oral and written Conversational Spanish speaking proficiency Basic MS Office proficiency Actively listens and communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms, adapting to the audience as needed Time management and task prioritization skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Consistently produces accurate, thorough, and well-organized work Great problem-solving skills Works well with others and is helpful, respectful, and team-oriented Continuous learning and application of new knowledge Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to change and learn quickly Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be able to work Tuesday evenings for weekly inventory Ability to work onsite (remote work is not an option) Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis at the time the employment begins and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status. Preferred Warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment Work Environment and Workplace: Work is primarily performed in an indoor environment, including manufacturing, and warehouse settings The role may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, regular exposure to conditions such as hot and cold temperatures, humidity, and confined spaces depending on job duties The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to high.
