TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Greensboro, NC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (3x12, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | Weekend and holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/PCU/Stepdown unit at a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor, manage, and interpret cardiac telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Manage and maintain peripheral lines and PICC lines
• Titrate IV drips as ordered and within scope of practice
• Float to other campus locations within the health system as needed
• Complete non-billable orientation modules as required by the unit

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• Cardiac telemetry experience required, including management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Experience with PCU patient ratios (1:5)
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; current driver's license required to verify address

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with PICC line care and management
• Flexibility with scheduling, including willingness to float between campuses as needed
