Cybersecurity Engagement Manager (BFSI)

Travel - once a month travel for 2 to 3 days between San Antonio and Plano TX We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global technology and consulting leader, for a Cybersecurity Engagement Manager to own security delivery and revenue growth across major Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance accounts. Location is San Antonio, TX (onsite) This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for someone who pairs real cybersecurity technical depth with commercial ownership. You will be the accountable owner for cybersecurity services platform delivery, customer relationships, and revenue performance across a strategic BFSI portfolio, presenting to stakeholders up to C-suite Responsibilities Own overall cybersecurity revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell across assigned BFSI accounts Act as the accountable owner for cybersecurity services platform delivery, including governance and QB RS Build customer relationships and set up regular cadences for business development and governance with internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track revenue targets and ensure delivery excellence against customer satisfaction goals Support RFI and RFP responses, scope alignment, and solutioning, including RFP definition Develop program delivery, resource loading, and onboarding plans, and ramp teams through multiple channels Mentor team members and identify and groom future cybersecurity leaders What you bring 13 or more years of relevant cybersecurity experience spanning consulting, delivery, operations, and revenue management Hands‑on expertise across two or more cyber domains such as IAM, MDR, Cloud Security, EVM, GRC, Network Security, or Data Security Strong knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry Experience operating in an onsite, nearshore, and offshore global delivery model CISSP or CCSP certification preferred Bachelor's degree, ideally specializing in cyber or information security Who this role is NOT Generalist program or delivery managers without genuine cybersecurity domain depth Advisory or GRC‑only leaders who have never owned revenue, upsell, or program delivery accountability Pure pre‑sales hunters with no delivery and governance ownership experience Strong individual contributors or engineers without engagement and account leadership experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Claddagh Resources
