One of these core pillars is focused on driving excellence through enhanced capabilities, tools, and processes.The Role:The Human Resource Manager is responsible for analyzing and directing activities within the scope of the HR systems, serving as the technical point-of-contact for HR and assisting operations with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.This position will report to the Vice President & General Manager - MRGThis role is located on-site at the MRG facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts.Key Responsibilities:Provide full cycle recruiting and related onboarding activities.Ensure timely processing and data integrity of various human resources, payroll, and safety reports.Maintain the administration of HRIS system to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.Administer the training program including conducting new employee training, identifying training gaps, and outsource training as required.Conduct employee performance reviews and salary reviews.Complete various weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Vice President/General Manager MRG related to operations.Maintain and develop job descriptions and training matrix.Conduct monthly safety committee meetings including recording and communicating minutes internally. Oversee/conduct training and communication to ensure a safe work environment.Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Maintain knowledge of and compliance with legislation and regulations affecting human resources functions.Organizes, tracks, maintains and improves HR records generation, administration and retention.Maintain good employee relations through such activities as resolving employee issues and investigating employee complaints and recommending appropriate resolution.Conduct ongoing communication to ensure employee engagement and morale.Coach supervisors and managers on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.Responsible to ensure all company policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently.Maintains strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal.Assist with other department needs such as invoice processing and quality audits.Other duties as assigned.Education, Experience & Skills:College/University degreePHR and/or SHRM-CP Designation desired5-7+ years previous experience in similar role requiredExcellent communication and people skills with ability to negotiate and/or mediate when requiredHighly organized, accurate, and detail oriented along with the ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentialityMust have sound critical thinking and decision-making abilitiesMust be able to manage time and prioritize effectivelyProficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of Paycom an assetLeadership Profile:Demonstrates the ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports, fostering engagement and accountability.Provides clear direction, feedback, and performance expectations, including goal setting and ongoing coaching.Strong people leader with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.Results-driven, pragmatic, and continuous improvement oriented.Effective communicator with strong global stakeholder management skills.Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
