Subway Manager

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Manager to lead one of our Subway restaurants.

This role is a great fit for someone with restaurant experience who is ready to take ownership of a store, lead a team, and help grow the business. As the Manager, you'll be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, food quality, customer service, cleanliness, inventory, and overall store performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support the restaurant team
• Make sure guests receive friendly, fast service
• Ensure food is prepared and served correctly
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Create schedules and help manage labor
• Manage inventory, product ordering, and food cost
• Handle cash, deposits, and basic business records
• Make sure food safety, security, and Subway standards are followed
• Help prepare for new promotions and marketing windows
• Look for ways to improve sales and store performance

What we're looking for:

• Restaurant experience required
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and organized
• Positive attitude and ability to lead a team
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds when needed
