- Assist in menu planning and recipe development to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
