Maintenance TechnicianMaintenance Technician — $18 to $21 an hour, full-time day shift at Luther Oaks, a senior living community in Bloomington. Steady 8am-4pm hours, no rotating nights, with a shared on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.Luther Oaks is a nonprofit senior living campus with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing all on one campus. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll keep the buildings, grounds, and equipment running so residents and staff have a safe, comfortable place to live and work.What You'll DoRepair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems across the campusComplete preventive maintenance and routine inspectionsTroubleshoot and fix issues in resident apartments and common areasRespond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, including during your on-call rotationKeep accurate records of work orders and completed repairsMaintain grounds and building systems to support daily operationsWhat You'll NeedRequiredAt least 1 year of maintenance or building services experienceAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as the job requiresPreferredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in healthcare, senior living, or commercial facilitiesWorking knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsValid driver's licensePay and Benefits$18.00 to $21.00 per hour, with credit for prior experienceMedical, dental, and vision insurance403(b) retirement savings planPaid time offTuition reimbursementWellBeing mental health support24/7 chaplain counseling, available to every team member regardless of faith365 Program, a structured first-year development path for new team membersSchedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, plus an on-call rotation roughly every other weekend and on holidays.Next Steps Apply today.
