Dermatology Health & Science Specialist VIT - Lexington, KY

Field-based specialty sales role focused on driving adoption of Pfizer dermatology therapies through strategic engagement with healthcare providers. The position requires strong selling skills, disease-state knowledge, and ability to navigate reimbursement across in-person and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
• Build relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's, 10+ with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within 7 years
• Ability to reside within workable distance of assigned territory and travel to all accounts
• 3–5 years specialty sales experience, preferably in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation (preferred)
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement (preferred)
• Strong digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models (preferred)

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
