In this role, you will bring deep Center of Excellence expertise to enable business performance through talent, capability, and leadership development. The purpose of this role is to design, build, implement, and continuously improve Talent Learning solutions that help attract, develop, and retain talent./ppYou will partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the global Talent Learning organization to translate global strategy into impactful regional solutions. You will balance global frameworks with targeted local initiatives that address the unique needs of front office, control, and support functions across the Americas./ppThis role offers visibility and ownership and reports directly to the Talent Learning Lead for the Americas./ppAbout the department:/ppThe Talent Learning team is part of the Americas Human Resources organization and plays a central role in building the capabilities needed to deliver INGs strategic ambitions./ppAs a Center of Excellence, the team partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global Talent Learning colleagues to create a strong, inclusive, and future?focused talent and learning culture. We design and implement solutions that strengthen leadership, develop critical skills, enable high performance, and support meaningful career growth across Wholesale Banking in the Americas./ppResponsibilities:/ppStrategic Talent Capability Partnering/pulliBuild a strong understanding of business priorities, workforce challenges, and future skill needs across the Americas./liliIdentify opportunities for capability building performance improvement, leadership effectiveness, and cultural development./liliAct as a thought partner to HR and business leaders on talent, skills, and learning strategies./li/ulpLearning Strategy Delivery/pulliShape and execute the regional learning agenda in alignment with global Talent Learning priorities and business strategy./liliCollaborate with business leaders, HR, and global CoE partners to foster a strong, sustainable learning culture./liliDesign, plan, execute, and operationalize high-impact learning programs for diverse populations./liliCapture and analyze learning data and trends to continuously improve program quality, relevance, and impact./li/ulpTalent Management Leadership Enablement/pulliDrive the implementation of global and Wholesale Banking-wide talent initiatives across the Americas./liliLead the annual talent review cycle end-to-end, ensuring consistency, quality, and meaningful business outcomes./liliTranslate business strategies into clear talent, succession, and skill-building plans./liliEquip leaders with the data, insights, and tools needed for effective people decisions and team development./li/ulpQualifications and Competencies:/pulli5+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end Talent Learning solutions, ideally within financial services./liliStrong expertise in learning approaches, including blended and digital learning./liliDemonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure impact, and communicate insights./liliStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect detail to broader business outcomes./liliExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders./liliProven ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment./liliHighly organized, methodical, and execution focused./liliStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills./liliFamiliarity with Workday Talent/Learning is a plus./li/ulpSalary Range: $110,000-135,000/ppIn addition to comprehensive health benefits, a generous 401k savings plan, and competitive PTO, ING provides a broad array of benefits including adoption, surrogacy, and fertility services; student debt assistance; and subsidies for expenses associated with commuting and fitness./ppING is a committed equal opportunity employer.
