Program Manager (Technical)

Our partner is looking for a Program Manager to drive execution across hardware and software teams. This role is focused on coordination, delivery, and keeping complex systems on track. What you'll do Own timelines and execution across engineering teams Coordinate hardware, software, and testing efforts Identify risks and remove blockers Keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment Work closely with leadership and engineering What we're looking for Experience managing complex technical programs Background in hardware, robotics, or engineering-heavy environments Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable operating in ambiguity Job Title and Compensation The compensation range for this position is between $130,000 and $220,000, based on full-time employment. Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
