Position Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants - Companion/Sitter (CNA certified). This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personal hygiene assistance
• Medication reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility
• Plan and prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping and run errands
• Accompany clients to doctor appointments and social gatherings
• Act responsibly and quickly in emergency situations
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred (institutional or home care).
• Pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
• Valid TB test (or willingness to get tested).
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation and Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate demeanor.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Evidence of maturity and ability to handle job demands effectively
• A sympathetic attitude towards client care
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Genuine passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
