About the Role: We are seeking qualified Licensed RNs to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Registered Nurse at Aviata Health Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This is a part time and full time position, with including 7p-7a and 7p-7a shifts. Responsibilities: Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done What We Offer: Competitive pay rate with opportunities for additional holiday pay and overtime hours Perfect Punch Program with a bi-weekly bonus of $225 401k with a match Health insurance for the entire family Why Join Us: Aviata Health Group is an equal opportunity employer.
