Precision EDM Machining Technician

Build mastery on state-of-the-art EDM equipmentJoin our client’s team and help produce high-precision components by setting up, operating, and caring for CNC EDM machinery while supporting adjacent grind operations.Why this roleOwn complete EDM setups from program load to first-article verification.Apply blueprint literacy and inspection criteria to every stage of the job.Keep machines optimized through offset adjustments, tooling selection, and in-process checks.Diagnose and correct machining issues quickly; maintain a safe, clean, organized workspace.Assist with grind operations and perform routine maintenance and tool changes to maximize uptime.You haveExperience in CNC machining; EDM exposure or proficiency is preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, indicators).A detail-driven approach and strong commitment to quality and safety.The ability to work independently and collaborate closely with production and engineering.Shifts availableNights: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMWeekends (Fri–Sun): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PMBring your precision mindset and make an immediate impact on critical parts production. #J-18808-Ljbffr People First Recruitment
