F&b Clubhouse Salaried Full Time Santa Fe, NM, US Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually Position Summary The Club at Las Campanas is seeking an experienced and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily dining operations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for our members and guests. Located in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, The Club at Las Campanas is a premier private country club known for its outstanding amenities, exceptional dining experiences, and commitment to personalized service. The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing restaurant operations, supervising and developing service staff, coordinating special events, and maintaining the Club's high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities Food and Beverage Operations Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple Club dining outlets, including the Hacienda Clubhouse, Spa Café, and Log Cabin. Ensure consistent execution of service standards, operational procedures, and member service expectations. Coordinate dining room operations, reservations, staffing, and service flow to provide seamless dining experiences. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team regarding menus, daily specials, reservations, member feedback, and service coordination. Oversee the setup and execution of private dining, catering functions, and special events. Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and requisitions to ensure operational readiness. Maintain clean, organized, and safe dining facilities in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Team Leadership and Development Supervise, motivate, and support food and beverage service employees across multiple dining outlets. Conduct daily pre‑shift meetings to communicate service expectations, operational updates, training opportunities, and employee recognition. Assist with employee training, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing professional development. Promote a positive, collaborative work environment through consistent leadership, accountability, and effective communication. Coordinate employee schedules and staffing levels to support operational needs and productivity goals. Assist with payroll administration, timekeeping, and employee‑related documentation. Lead by example and provide hands‑on operational support, including serving, hosting, bussing, and expediting when necessary. Member and Guest Experience Deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects the standards of a premier private country club. Build positive relationships with members and guests through professional, attentive, and welcoming interactions. Proactively address member feedback, service concerns, and special requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist with greeting and seating members and guests, managing reservations, and supporting dining room service as needed. Resolve service‑related challenges promptly and professionally. Collaborate with Club leadership to identify opportunities for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Administrative and Operational Support Assist in implementing departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. Monitor staffing, operational efficiency, and service performance across dining outlets. Participate in departmental meetings, management training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assume restaurant management responsibilities as needed to ensure continuity of operations. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Food and Beverage department and overall Club operations. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a private country club, upscale restaurant, resort, hotel, or full‑service dining environment. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop food and beverage service teams. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, fine dining service standards, and food and beverage procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to deliver exceptional member and guest service while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, team‑oriented management approach. Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office applications, and email. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational demands. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit and food handler certification. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous supervisory or management experience in a private country club or luxury hospitality environment. Experience with Clubessential or similar club management/POS software. Knowledge of wine, wine presentation, and professional beverage service. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist with dining room setup, furniture movement, and event preparation as needed.
