Must-Have: - Must be able to intubate independently for adults - Prior level 2-3 NICU experience required - Experience with ventilators, pediatric floor care, and adults

Description: Candidates will assess patients and plan appropriate treatments based upon physician orders and evaluations. They will establish goals, methods of treatment, and the patient's potential. Responsibilities include setting up equipment and administering treatments as ordered, such as oxygen, humidity therapy, airway management, resuscitation, and mechanical ventilation. Duties also include postural drainage procedures, chest physiotherapy, Bipap, Cpap, nebulizers, inhalers, and ABGs. The role may involve conducting EKGs during off-hours and weekends, but not in the emergency room. Teamwork and integrity are essential, as the environment promotes mutual support among staff members. All RTs must be prepared to float as needed and manage varying patient assignments each day.
