Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every other weekend required | Rotating holiday schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting as part of a flex pool
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients throughout night shift hours
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adapt to varying unit needs and patient census as a flex pool nurse
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a flex pool or float pool environment
• Familiarity with a variety of critical care patient populations
