The ideal candidate is a personable clinician with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing high-quality, evidence-based care. This role offers the opportunity to treat a diverse orthopedic caseload while working alongside a supportive team in a therapist-owned private practice. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive guidance and mentorship. Caseload & Clinical Opportunities The Physical Therapist hired will treat patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload, including: Orthopedic injuries Post-operative rehabilitation Functional movement limitations General musculoskeletal conditions Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing specialties, pursuing certifications, and expanding their clinical skills. Full-time PTs can expect approximately 60 patient visits per week . Compensation & Benefits Axis Physiotherapy Institute offers a comprehensive compensation package, including: Salary range: $78,000–$98,000 annually Productivity incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Flexible scheduling License and certification reimbursement $1,500/year continuing education allowance Complimentary Dry Needling Certification Career advancement opportunities Schedule Clinic hours: Monday–Friday No weekends No major holidays Must be available until 6:00 PM two days per week Full-time clinicians can work approximately 40 hours/week. Part-time candidates with 20+ hours and availability on at least three weekdays will also be considered.
