What You’ll Do As a Customer Retention Associate , you'll play an important role in building strong customer relationships, supporting customer success, and helping customers maintain their lease agreements. You'll work directly with customers to provide solutions, encourage successful account management, and represent Arona Home Essentials with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers. Assisting the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals and account support. Communicating the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments. Following up with customers regarding account balances through phone calls and occasional field visits. Providing solutions and support to help customers successfully manage their accounts. Maintaining and updating accurate customer information and account records. Collecting revenue while helping protect company assets. Assisting with merchandise returns and customer deliveries approximately 5–25 hours per week. Inspecting, cleaning, and certifying returned merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center. Assisting with field activities and store operations when needed. Helping create a positive customer experience at every interaction. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for someone who is: Customer-focused and enjoys building relationships. Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers. Motivated by goals, teamwork, and achieving results. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable making customer calls and having solution-focused conversations. Dependable and able to work independently in both store and field environments. Professional in appearance and attitude. At least 18 years old. Able to safely lift, load, and dolly merchandise weighing 50–300 pounds . Able to legally operate a company vehicle with a valid driver's license. Bilingual? That’s a plus! A satisfactory driving record (MVR), ability to meet driver qualification requirements, and the ability to pass a DOT physical (where required), drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test are required prior to employment.
