Clinical Prior Authorization Specialist

Obtain prior-authorization for medications, including specialty and Hepatitis B & C medications. Obtain prior-authorization for radiology, CT/US Guided biopsies, Paracentesis and Capsule Endoscopies. Schedule, review and mail instructions and medications needed for specialty procedures. Prepare orders for CT/US Guided Biopsies, Paracentesis, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Speech Therapy, Therapeutic Phlebotomy, Blood Transfusion and fax to facility. Arrange and perform teachings for fecal transplant patients. Arrange and seek prior-authorization for Home Care.
