Electrical Foreman – Commercial Division

Next Level Pros is growing—and we’re looking for a Commercial Electrical Foreman who’s ready to run jobs, lead crews, and be part of something bigger than just another electrical company.

We’re a woman-owned, 5-star electrical company based in Lakewood, serving the Denver Metro area. While we’re known for high-end residential service, our commercial division is expanding fast —with projects in retail, restaurants, medical/dental offices, and tenant improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run commercial projects from start to finish (TI’s, retail, medical, etc.)
• Lead and manage field crews
• Read plans, lay out jobs, and keep projects on track
• Handle conduit runs (EMT, rigid, etc.) and oversee clean installs
• Coordinate with GCs, inspectors, and project managers
• Maintain job site safety and quality standards
• Train and develop apprentices and electricians

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Colorado preferred)
• Proven experience running commercial jobs
• Strong conduit bending and layout skills
• Ability to read blueprints and think ahead
• Leadership mentality—not just a worker
• Professional communication with GCs and team members
• Shows up on time and takes ownership of the job

⭐ Bonus Points

• Experience with retail chains, restaurants, or medical build-outs
• Foreman or crew leadership experience
• Strong troubleshooting/service background
• Ability to keep jobs profitable and efficient

Pay & Benefits

• $35–$48/hour (based on experience)
