Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• State educator certification required
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades 1-12, addressing a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments, maintain documentation, and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and other school-based activities
• Champion evidence-based practices and uphold professional standards
